1. Consultation Services
Full Refund Conditions:
- Cancellation with 48+ hours notice before scheduled consultation
- Technical issues preventing virtual consultation completion
- Stylist unavailability requiring cancellation
Partial Refund Conditions:
- Cancellation with 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund
- Consultation completed but client unsatisfied: Case-by-case evaluation
No Refund Conditions:
- Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice
- No-show for scheduled appointment
- Client requests refund after implementing provided recommendations
2. Style Programs and Packages
Multi-Session Packages:
- Before First Session: Full refund available
- After First Session: Refund for unused sessions minus 20% processing fee
- After 50% Completion: No refund available, but sessions can be rescheduled within 6 months
Educational Programs:
- Digital Content: 7-day satisfaction guarantee for online courses
- Workshop Series: Refund available before first session only
3. Personal Shopping Services
- Service Fee: Non-refundable after shopping session begins
- Product Returns: Follow individual retailer return policies
- Styling Time: Refundable only if session cancelled in advance
- Unsatisfactory Results: Complimentary follow-up session offered
4. Digital Products
- Style Guides: 14-day money-back guarantee
- Online Courses: Refund available if less than 25% completed
- Mobile Apps: Follow app store refund policies
- Subscription Services: Cancel anytime, refund prorated unused portion

- Extended validity periods for pre-paid services
7. Dispute Resolution
If you're not satisfied with our refund decision:

- Final decisions will be made within 14 business days

Medical or Emergency Situations:
- Full refund available with appropriate documentation

Dissatisfaction Guarantee:
- If unsatisfied with initial consultation, complimentary follow-up offered
